Court reservations must be made through our CourtReserve application.
Court reservations may be made for 1 or 2 hours.
Fees are requested at the time of booking.
Cancellations made at least 4 hours in advance of reservation time will be refunded to the original form of payment.
All other cancellations, including no-shows, will be charged the full reservation amount.
Open Play
Registered players must check in within the first 10 minutes of play otherwise their registered time will be forfeited to waitlisted or walk-in players on site.
Rules and Regulations
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your court or event time.
All players must check in before proceeding to the courts.
No gum, food or drink (except water) are allowed on the courts.
Patiently wait outside the gates of your designated court until your time of play, especially if others are still playing during their reserved time.
Please be mindful of the time and exit the court when your reserved time is up.
Upon leaving, please be sure to take all belongings and make sure your area is clean.
A maximum of 6 people are allowed per court at one time.
Code of Conduct
Treat players, staff, and spectators with respect and show good sportsmanship.
Do not use portable speakers or play music in the SLAM facilities.
Be considerate of the noise level when others are playing around you.
Do not throw your paddle or otherwise purposely mishandle any equipment.
Always be respectful and patient with players of lesser ability.
Do not go onto a court while a point is in progress, especially if you are not part of the game.
Play fair, follow the rules, respect all calls…even if you disagree.
